This is a long review, yet please read. If I could give a 100 rating to this crew I would in a heartbeat. The quality of work and customers service was outstanding. I will be forever grateful for the not only the work done on my vehicle, but customer service that went above and beyond. On my way to the eye doctor across from Roster Ridge in Sterling Ridge, I had the unfortunate moment in order to prevent an accident I was forced to run along the curb resulting in two flat tires. I had never used Rooster Ridge before so without notice, I limped across the street where I met Brian and Braden at the front desk and explained what happened and how long would it take. I could tell they were extremely busy as they explained I would have to leave the vehicle and pick it up later in the day. As I was explaining that I lived nearby yet had no other vehicle and my 19 year old cat had an very important appt to get necessary fluids, Serena the manager came out of her office and said don't worry she would help me and Sidney would take care of my car. She immediately drove me home, waited about 30 minutes talking to me about my cat, drove us to the vet where she offered to wait, but I told her I would call her when done. She was very close and could check on the shop. When I called she was immediately back and took us home. Due to still no transportation and the precarious health of my cat, Serena made arrangements to have Braden deliver my car and one of his crew pick him up. Serena even followed up to ensure the delivery had been made and all was to my satisfaction. I had my car back, yet my cat had a setback and passed away that day. I was distraught, yet because of this crew, I was fortunate to have a few more hours with her to pass away in the comfort of my arms.
